| Responsibilities | : | 1. New Product Launch - Adhering to the product launch process- Launch Preparation, launch execution, Launch Review - Accountable for Launch Preparedness for respective crop/s across BU 2. People Development - Coach and mentor at regular intervals - Provide Training and Developmental inputs for skill enhancement 3. Develop and drive Crop Strategy - Ensure the profitability of existing crop portfolio and explore for new opportunities - Successful adoption of Global and Regional concepts to crop strategy - Ensuring business alignment in AMIGA 4. Drive marketing plans for existing products to achieve sales budget - Align BU’s working document as per Crop Strategy - Develop communication and promotional plan and ensure execution in BUs - Post season Crop audit and implement learnings into next year strategy - Supporting sales team for Opportunity crops |
